PRO-LIFE WISCONSIN PAC ENDORSES ANTHONY LOCOCO FOR WISCONSIN COURT OF APPEALS
The Pro-Life Wisconsin Victory Fund Political Action Committee (PAC) has endorsed appellate court attorney Anthony LoCoco for Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District 2. Headquartered in Waukesha, District 2 covers twelve counties in the southeastern corner of Wisconsin: Calumet, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Kenosha, Manitowoc, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha, and Winnebago counties. The spring general election is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
A judicial conservative with a demonstrated commitment to the rule of law, Anthony LoCoco will adjudicate fairly and impartially and with respect for our Constitutional freedoms. He will never legislate from the bench. His belief in the dignity of the human person, devotion to family and community, and fidelity to our federal and state constitutions as written make Anthony LoCoco the only choice for pro-life voters. Pro-Life Wisconsin is proud to endorse him.
According to LoCoco, “Our government bureaucracies have grown out of control and infected our daily lives. The judiciary is the last line of defense against bureaucrats who no longer feel constrained by our laws. We must have judges who will protect against government overreach and defend the rule of law.”
Anthony LoCoco’s appellate court experience makes him an excellent candidate for the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. Anthony clerked for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Annette Ziegler where he learned the inside operations of Wisconsin’s appellate system. He has sued and investigated government bureaucrats working for both the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) and the Institute for Reforming Government (IRG). Anthony currently owns and operates a boutique appellate law firm he founded, Wisconsin Appellate Litigation Services LLC. He has experience litigating in the areas of state and federal constitutional law (including free speech, religious liberty, and gun rights), regulatory challenges and administrative procedure, education, elections, taxation, wrongful death, labor law, redistricting, and criminal law.
Anthony LoCoco is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.) and the University of Dallas (B.A., Economics). He resides in Waukesha County with his wife Angela and their four young children. A lifelong resident of Wisconsin, Anthony is one of eight children, including two other lawyers, a priest, and a religious sister.
